How long does physical print fulfillment take?
Printed comics are printed to order by Lulu Press. Most leave the printer 6 to 10 days after you order, then travel by mail to the address you give. We can't promise a delivery date, so order early for a birthday or holiday.
How does AI character face matching work?
When you upload a selfie or photo, our Gemini AI engine analyzes facial structure, hair style, and skin tone, translating your features into 100% custom comic illustration artwork.
Can I co-star friends, family, or pets?
Yes! You can add multi-character casts, assigning specific archetypes (Hero, Sidekick, Anti-Hero, Villain) to your friends, family, and pets.
How do I request a refund or cancel a subscription?
On iPhone, cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For a Pass bought on customcomicbooks.com, cancel online any time at Manage your Pass by signing in with the email you paid with; it stays on until the end of the time you already paid for. For print order issues, contact customer support within 14 days of delivery.
